SCORES of readers have contacted us over the last week to tell us that their broadband service is failing to deliver - but we still want to hear from more of you.
Wales on Sunday has launched an investigation into whether broadband users in Wales are on the internet superhighway, or a virtual cycle lane.
We are backing communications watchdog Ofcom's efforts to stop internet service providers advertising unrealistic broadband speeds that they can't deliver.
Ofcom research revealed most customers had a much slower service than advertised by broadband companies.
It found that just 14% of customers on "up to" 20Mbps services received speeds of more than 12Mbps, while 58% averaged speeds of 6Mbps or less.
But many people don't even realise they are saddled with a broadband service that fails to deliver what they are paying for. We are investigating the true broadband speeds in Wales are - and we need your help.
[bar] WHAT YOU CAN DO Check whether your internet provider's claimed speed is really being delivered.

If you want to talk personally to a reporter you can leave your details at the same time.
You can also tweet your results to @walesonline using the hashtag #broadband or post them on our Facebook page - go to http://on.fb.me/Walesbroadband Or e-mail reporter Daniel Fisher, who is investigating the issue, at daniel.fisher@mediawales.co.uk
