EXECUTIVE MOVES

Accounting

Wiss & Co. LLP, in Livingston, has announced two new hires:

* AIeksey Tsymbalov has joined the firm's services team as a litigation-support specialist, focusing in forensic investigations and financial analyses of businesses. He previously was a forensic and valuation manager at The Barson Group.

* Dino Zicopoulos has joined the firm as director of quality control. He previously was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and has more than 10 years of public accounting experience.

Banking

Sandra Kennedy has joined The Provident Bank as vice president and area manager in Piscataway overseeing business development, community relations and day-to-day operations at the bank's Stelton Road and Centennial Avenue branches. She previously held marketing and sales positions with VIA Data and Marketing Services and The Blue Mountain Group. She holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Bridgeport.

Lynne M. Litterini has been promoted to vice president - commercial portfolio loan officer of TD Bank, in Mahwah, responsible for a portfolio of middle-market lending relationships for the bank's North Jersey middle market. She joined the bank in 2004, and was most recently an assistant vice president in middlemarket lending. She received an MBA from California State Polytechnic University.

Distribution

Fedway Associates Inc., a wine and spirits distributor in Kearny, has appointed Frank Pani tali to the position of senior vice president, director of wine operations. He joined the company in 1994 after a career that included sales positions with Kendall Jackson, Domecq Importers and Monsieur Henri.

Education

Carol Smith has been promoted to assistant provost at Berkeley College, in Paramus. She previously was dean of Berkeley College Online. She holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a B. S. from Centenary College and an associate degree from the County College of Morris.

Engineering

Oliver Hoehne has been named senior engineering manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff, in Newark. He previously worked as a project engineering manager for Siemens Transportation System. He received an engineering degree in computer science at Technische Fachhochschule Berlin, in Germany.

Human Resources

Greg Sandler has joined Meeker Sharkey Associates, in Cranford, as vice president, employee benefits. He previously was a client adviser at CheckPointHR, and a benefits consultant at Corporate Synergies. He holds a B.S. in communications from Ohio University.

Insurance

Michael Marino has joined Bollinger Inc. as assistant vice president in the benefits division. He previously worked at MetLife, most recently as an agency director. He is a graduate of Rutgers University.

Law

Kristal D. Conway has joined Saiber LLC, in Florham Park, as an associate. She previously was an associate with Budd Larner, in the Short Hills section of Millburn. She holds a J. D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law.

Sarah Gribbin has joined Archer & Greiner P.C. as an associate in the Litigation Services Department in the firm's Haddonfield office. She previously worked at law firms in Atlantic City and Philadelphia. She holds a B. A. in political science from Villanova University, and a law degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

Camille V. Otero has been elevated to partner at Day Pitney LLP. She specializes in environmental and land use litigation in the firm's Parsippany office. She holds a law degree from the Rutgers University School of Law - Newark, and a B.S. from Bloomfield College.

Logistics

Port Jersey Logistics, in Monroe, has appointed Erik Hoick to the position of business development manager. He previously held several different management positions across a broad spectrum of industries, including time as a business development manager at East Coast Warehouse and Distribution Center.

Manufacturing

Polymer Technologies Inc., in Clifton, has named Neal Goldenberg as its new president. He previously served as chief financial officer of the company. He holds a B.S. in finance from the Neal Goldenberg University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and an MBA in entrepreneurship and operations management from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Marketing

CPR Strategic Marketing Communications, in Elmwood Park, has added two new members to its account management team:

* Joelle Caputa previously launched an Internet television show and worked as a casting associate for the Animal Planet TV show, "It's Me or the Dog." She has also contributed articles to national magazines, including Teen People. She holds a B. A. in communication from William Paterson University.

* Stephanie Clark previously worked for public relations agencies including R&J Public Relations and for Atlantic Records. She holds a B. A. in public relations, and an M. A. in strategic communications, both from Seton Hall University.

Kaitlyn Sweeney has been promoted to senior account executive at The Marcus Group Inc., in Little Falls. She joined company in 2009 as an account executive. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.

Previous job: Vice president and deputy genera counsel for BASF Corp., where she was responsible for employment litigation, providing legal services to human resources and other corporate services departments and managing the company's compliance and ethics program. Prior to that, Egler was in private practice for 20 years.

Key strengths: Advocating for clients, problem-solving and client service.

Career high: Joining Ogletree Deakins, a national labor and employment law firm that is known for excellence and having a deep bench of smart, pragmatic lawyers.

Next: To assist the firm in its journey to becoming a pre-eminent labor and employment law firm in the country.

Challenges: Avoiding/minimizing employment risks exacerbated by poor economic conditions.
